the location is good. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a variety of options (i liked the pastries).

the room was large WITH high ceilings AND overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet.
i am SAD i must report that the breakfast room felt primitive. i ALSO disliked the old baked rolls. Canned fruit salad seemed like a poor choice. the experience was not what i expected for the rating.

polite staff convenient location clean room
the staff was very polite and helpful. the location is close to all you want to see within walking distance!!! i received a chilled wine upon my return to the hotel. the rooms were clean and new.
the breakfast did not have as much variety as other hotels i visited.

The staff helped us a lot. they showed us the key areas around. the room had everything we needed. It had a comfortable bed and a good shower.
i think the hotel is rated too positively. maybe it is a two star hotel. i found it basic and incomparable to other four star hotels.

the location was central. the personnel remained very kind and helpful. rooms were spacious and quiet. i appreciated that the breakfast had many options. the wine selection was a suprise.

my beautiful DOUBLE room included a king sized bed. there was ample wardrobe space and a well stocked minibar. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and plush towels.

the staff was very friendly it was a good point of this stay
the soundproofing was inadequate i heard street noise all night. the breakfast room was often crowded there were long queues for coffee. i also noticed the gym equipment was outdated it needs an upgrade

warm greeting super clean room caring staff
The staff greeted me warmly, it was so sweet. the room was super clean and felt very fresh. it was exactly as shown, just perfect for my romantic escape. every single staff member was kind and helpful. Their care really shone through!!!
The location was a little further from the center than i expected. I needed to plan my routes carefully.
